What we do in is that we first plan the relocation process. We might arrange a meeting with you for a better understanding of what you have in your minds. The meeting is preferably held at the client’s office so that we can have a better understanding of the whole process. Arranging a meeting helps us in fully understanding how a customer wants to carry out the whole moving process. In a meeting, we can discuss everything including the date, time and the location of the place where all the stuff has to be moved. In this way, we would be able to understand all the necessary equipment’s and tools that would be required during the moving.
If the client wants then we can also assign a ‘move manager’ to them who would be responsible for looking after everything and making sure that the whole process goes as effortlessly as possible. To avail the services of a move manager, you would have to pay extra. Though, a move manager is not really recommended for the small office removals but if you feel like you want one then the services are readily available.
Our goal is to listen carefully to what our clients want and then try our best in satisfying them. From deciding the moving date to selecting the right boxes, crates, to packing IT equipment and then loading the stuff into the transport vehicles, we aim in ensuring a smooth move. If the client wants then we can also help them in loading their stuff into the new location. The vehicles which we use for the relocation process also have a GPS tracking on them. The clients can easily track the vehicle from their mobile phones and they would not have to worry about their confidential documents or other office equipment’s getting lost during the transport.
